Connections

Our Connections teams work together to create an environment of RADICAL HOSPITALITY so that every person stepping on to our campus might experience the love of Christ and feel a deep sense of belonging in community.  
 

We currently offer the following opportunities for serving in Connections: NEXT STEPS TEAM, INSIDE GREET TEAM, OUTSIDE HOST TEAM, AND PARKING TEAM.  To get involved select the “Join the Team” button below, complete and submit the Connections Serve Team Application.  You will be contacted to schedule a time to attend orientation.

Administrative Ministry Support Team

  • Helps with answering phones, making copies, and other admin related tasks as necessary in the church once. *Weekday only, training will be available.

  • Prays for our church and community during weekend services and throughout the week.

Family Ministry

Each one of our Family Ministry environments has various ways to serve within them whether it’s greeting, large & small groups, administration support, working with special needs, and so much more!

Creative Arts

Worship

  • Band (guitar, bass, keys, drums, Ableton LIVE)
  • Orchestra (woodwinds, strings, brass, piano)

Help provide an excellent sound, video, and lighting experience for weekend services and other events held at Catalyst.

  • Own, be familiar with, and know how to use DSLR cameras
  • Works with Creative Communications Department.

Leader

  • Be a church member and attend weekly worship experiences at Catalyst.
  • Attend all trainings.
  • Track the needs of your LifeGroup and communicate special needs to appropriate people.
  • Be available and organize spiritual support for group members.
  • Track and report weekly attendance.

      Lead a Lifegroup

Host

  • Be a member of Catalyst.
  • Provide a clean, comfortable and friendly home environment.
  • Provide support for the LifeGroup Leader.
  • Help encourage and provide ways to actually do life together outside of your usual meeting time. (ie. a serve project within the community.)

Short-Term & Support Groups Leader

  • Affirm the Mission Statement of Catalyst Church.
  • Attend all Group trainings.
  • Track the needs of your Group and communicate special needs to appropriate people.
  • Be available and organize spiritual support for group members.
