Philippians Place Ministries is dedicated to providing financial, spiritual, and life skills education and housing services to increase independence and sustain success to those who are facing homelessness. Our Vision is to Educate, Equip, and Encourage those facing homelessness. We connect clients with local resources and assist them to attain IDs, birth certificates, social security cards, employment and housing. Clients "earn while they learn" by participating in our Bible Studies and life skills classes and meeting with their coach. They use their Earnings for their necessities: rent, deposits, transportation, utilities, medicine, insurance, etc. We have a transitional house for men returning from incarceration or a rehabilitation program. We have a Thrift Store that is open to the public that supports all our programs.
